I've been taking my cars to Don's for several years now after trying other repair shops. Their service has always been great but what really sold me was after taking my Windstar to other shops for a steering problem that no one else could figure out (and spending almost $1000) I took it to Don's. They completely fixed the problem for about half that price and the van tracks like it is new. They are honest, reasonable and most importantly... COMPETENT! Car repairs are one of the most stressful things to deal with... unless you have the right shop. I recommend them to anyone that asks. - Craig S.

I've taken my 2006 Dodge RAM to Don's Auto a few times for some hard to find, but mechanically devastating issues. Don and his crew were able to find and resolve the issues, and in a timely manner. They even do a no cost inspection and will text you the report of their findings. I don't believe the negative reviews on here one bit. When I first took my vehicle to Don's, I'd had nothing but bad experiences with a couple of mechanics who had done major repairs on my car and had really done more damage than repairs. My car was still not working properly and of course I didn't know what to expect from Don's. However, taking my car to Don's has been the best experience I've eve had with any repair shop ever. They are honest and will get the job done as quickly as possible. They undid all of the bad that's been done. When you leave the shop you feel confident that the job is done and is done right. I am not afraid that when I drive a way that something is going to fall apart or I am going to call them as soon as I get home or have to turn to take my cadillac immediately back for servicing. To anyone reading this if you want peace of mind with your vehicle please stop by Don's and get your vehicle done right the first time! They will send you an email reminding you of your next service or oil change and we all need that in these busy times. Don and Karen have always been exceptional to work with. As Black Friday and Buy Local Saturday approach our story may help someone else. While en route from Georgia to Michigan for a wedding my husband and I had car trouble in Blue Ash, just north of Cincinnati, Ohio. Karen and Don Schnitzler, owners of Don's Auto Repair, came to our rescue. They quickly diagnosed our alternator / battery problem, fixed it, flushed and filled our radiator, and got us back on the road. They even loaned us their personal car so we could get lunch while our car was being serviced in their clean and comfortable shop. The most impressive observation regarding their superior customer service was Karen calling their customers to thank them for their businesses, make sure that the vehicle problem was solved, and obtain feedback.
